16th-18th March 2023, Leveraging on the day before fasting month started, The Blue Fortress Management organised a Team Building at Damai Laut, Perak with the theme of Stronger Together.
Through the Team Building, we aim to provide our employees with opportunities for development, motivation, self-leadership, and other holistic support throughout their career journey with Blue Fortress. With proper communication, employees start to identify themselves with the company’s vision, values, and goals; at Blue Fortress we couple communication with inclusivity, we engaged professional coach to facilitate and seeking employees thoughts on what are the utmost attributes in their perspective to be part of the company values, being the theme “stronger together”.
We shared laughter, common goals, learning ourselves and knowing our comrades better to be at our greater heights.
