In our rapidly evolving digital landscape, the challenges of managing data in motion have become increasingly complex. With sensitive transactions and stringent regulatory requirements at stake, businesses face significant risks, particularly with the advent of quantum computing. This groundbreaking technology, with its unprecedented processing power, threatens to undermine traditional encryption methods, leaving sensitive data vulnerable to cyber threats.

On August 14th, industry leaders and cybersecurity enthusiasts gathered at the Avante Hotel in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, to delve into these pressing issues. The event, hosted by Thales, explored how organizations can safeguard their data against the risks posed by quantum computing. The partners gained a deeper understanding on how Thales integrates quantum-resistant algorithms with conventional encryption techniques through their High-Speed Encryption (HSE) solutions, providing defence against emerging quantum threats. This seminar was presented by Steven Gan, Blue Fortress Technical Director with engaging activity in the session.

As we move forward in this digital-first world, staying informed and proactive about data security will be critical for businesses to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
