Another exciting activity held by the recreational team of the year, is archery tag.
It may look easy but it’s not! A sport that infuses the best aspect of Archery and Dodgeball into one. This friendly combat may look relaxed but in reality, it is a high-intensity activity that involved HIIT movement exercise.
